By clicking on properties at the top of the page on our website, you can then choose your desired location and browse the variety of accommodations available. Once you have chosen the property you would like to stay in, this will re-direct you to a page where you can fill out a booking form to check for availability and book your stay. If you would rather talk to a representative and book that way, please see our email address and contact number at the bottom of the page.

Check-in time is from 3PM and check out time is at 10 AM. Early check-in and check out can be arrange free of charge but this is subject to approval depending on the next guest who will be checking in and guest who is checking out on that day too.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so depending on which platform you made the reservations. If it is directly booked through us, you may send us an email or call us to cancel your booking.

Please Note:
Cancellation and Amendments
- Short-Stay Bookings (5 days or less): Guests may cancel their booking for short stays (up to 5 days) without penalty if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
- Longer-Stay Bookings (over 5 days): For bookings longer than 5 days, specific cancellation terms will be provided by City Build Stays upon booking. Due to the extended nature of these bookings, the property is reserved exclusively for the Guest for an extended period, preventing other bookings during this time. As a result, cancellations of longer stays may incur higher charges or non-refundable deposits to cover potential revenue lost due to the blocked booking period. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms closely when booking for longer stays and contact the Company for clarification if needed.
City Build Stays reserves the right to modify cancellation policies based on the season, demand, or special offers. Any changes will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed.
- Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
